Midweek Training – Term 3

Midweek Training will commence from the second week of term 3.

Session Rescheduled

The holiday session has been rescheduled to Friday 16th July.

Same venue and details as below.

We have also booked an indoor facility at ANU in case the weather is poor so the session will be on.

Holiday Session Cancelled

Due to the rain and forecast of rain tomorrow, the session is cancelled.

Free Holiday Clinic

Offering a free holiday session for club members next Thursday 15 July 2010.

Guy Aveyard, myself plus a few of the coaches will be trying out new games, exercises and skills so we’re looking for some willing participants to experiment on.

Looking for two groups:
4-5′s – 16 players, and
6-10′s – 16 players.

I intend to video portions of the session for our coach education series.
A one hour session for the younger group and 2 hours for the older group.
Please wear full uniform.

Details:

• 10am – 11am for the younger group
• 10am – 12 noon for the older group.
• Cost – free
• Ground – ANU willows – new artificial field. Now confirmed.

Our winter break commences this weekend

(no football on 3 July)

Our next Saturday session will be the 24th July 2010.

Coach Education Session

Player’s FC will hold a Coach education session on 17th April 2010.
The session will be held at the AIS indoor synthetic area between 9:30am and 12:30pm.
Coaches are asked to arrive by 9:15am for registration.

Parents are also invited to attend and learn a little bit about our philosophy and our program.
A schedule of events will be posted on this site closer to the date.
