Thanks Ian for your nice words. As you would know it’s one thing to talk about a good program but a whole other thing to constantly carry it out.
I hope we can continue to improve what we offer the kids.

I’m not surprised your club is growing so fast. The concept/philosophy that underpins it is enlightening and a fantastic model for developing young soccer players.

Hi Colin,
You can participate in the Term 1 program without joining the winter program.
The sessions runs from 5:30 – 6:30 pm

I understand there is a program / clinic at Woden for $75 for Term 1- 14 Feb- 14 March.

1) do the kids have to be registered to attend the clinic ($250 to register a 4yr seems steep to me)?

2) what time start & finish?

Hi Rolf,
Our programs are for young players between 3 and 12 this year. We have a very comprehensive program for the under 10 boys and girls. However, it’s not a teams based program as you may be used to.

Player’s FC believes, to offer the best possible development program, the program should be a non teams one. There is plenty of football but not the competition type.

Just a big thanks to you all @ Players FC – My son Jack has always been non-committal to various activities we have exposed him to in the past.

He really responds well to the “gaining skills” aspect of Players FC, combined with the opportunity to play games towards the end of the sessions. He can feel that he is getting better and more skilled and therefore has increasingly become confident and gained a huge amount of satisfaction from Soccer.

I will definately be involving him in the weekly training sessions either later this year or from Term I next year in addition to the Saturday morning session. He has also asked me to enrol him in the School Holiday Program for Sept/Oct.

We are currently locked into a couple of other activities this year such as TaeKwondo and swimming, but Soccer is by far the favourite from Jack’s perspective! Well Done Players FC you are FANTASTIC and we are thrilled that we found you. You have inspired Jack and given him a confidence that is boosting him in other aspects of his life.

I apologise for the blip with the email. (I’m not sure what happened, I’m still following up)

Your son still qualifies for the U9’s so he is most welcome.
A playing shirt is provided and we’ll be providing an inexpensive option for shorts and socks.
Yes, you can drop you son off on Saturday mornings and we expect to start from 9:30am on Saturday mornings.

I’ll post this information onto the site today.
